An action photo shot on vivid slide film with a long telephoto lens, compressing the scene so the snowy peaks loom enormous behind the fight. On a narrow icy ledge, a young goliath warrior with grey stone-speckled skin, tribal markings across her bald head, and a fur mantle whipping in the wind hurls a massive boulder overhead, her face locked in a strained roar. Beside her, a small kobold scout with rust-orange scales and oversized ice goggles scrambles backward on all fours, crossbow bolts spilling from a torn quiver. Charging down the slope toward them, a hulking ice troll with shaggy frost-crusted blue hair and jagged icicle teeth swings a tree-trunk club, sending a spray of powder snow into the air. Snowflakes streak diagonally across the frame, and a small avalanche tumbles in the background. The harsh high-altitude sun makes the snow glare bright white, with deep blue shadows in the crevasses. The photo has fine but crisp grain, punchy saturated blues and warm skin tones typical of slide film, a narrow slice of sharp focus on the goliath's straining arms, heavy telephoto compression, and slightly blown-out highlights on the snow spray.
