This notice explains what BunchaPrompts collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. It covers bunchaprompts.com only. The other sites of Graydient, Inc. have their own notice at graydient.ai/privacy-policy.
Who we are
BunchaPrompts is run by Graydient, Inc.. Email: info@graydient.ai. Graydient, Inc. is the controller of the personal data described here.
We have not appointed a UK or EU representative yet. For any data question, contact info@graydient.ai.
What we collect on BunchaPrompts
Prompt emails (newsletter)
When you sign up for prompt emails we collect: your email address; the email types you ticked and when you ticked them; the language of the page; the page address and any campaign tags (utm) in it; a hashed form of your IP address (we cannot turn it back into the address); the result of the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check; your confirmation that you are 18 or older; and the version of the consent words you saw (bp-nl-2026-11-ru). We keep a record of every signup, confirmation, change and unsubscribe so we can prove what you agreed to. If you used the Personalize wizard, we also keep your prompt style picks (image or video, tags, model families) so the emails can match them.
Signing up is a two-step process. We send one email with a link; nothing is sent to you until you open that link and confirm. If you do not confirm, the signup is deleted after 30 days.
Analytics
Only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 records which pages are opened, which prompts are copied and which offers are pressed, together with the usual technical details (browser, screen size, country from the IP address, referring site). Google Signals and advertising features are off. If you choose Reject, or do not choose, nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookie is set.
Offers
Prompt pages show offers from Graydient, Inc. properties (PirateDiffusion, Graydient, BitVector). When you press one, the link carries the name of this site and the offer so the destination knows where you came from. If analytics is on, the press is also counted here.
Server logs and security
Our hosting and network providers keep short-lived request logs (IP address, address requested, time, user agent) to run the site and stop abuse.
Why we use it and the lawful basis
- Prompt emails: your consent (GDPR / UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a); UK PECR regulation 22). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
- Bot checks, rate limits and security logs: our legitimate interest in running a safe site (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics cookies: your consent, given in the cookie banner (PECR regulation 6; ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3)). You can change it under Cookie settings in the footer.
- Consent records: our legal obligation to show that consent was given (Article 7(1)).

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
International transfers
Graydient, Inc. is in the United States and the providers above store data there. For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Retention: how long we keep it
- Unconfirmed signups: deleted after 30 days.
- Confirmed subscribers: until you unsubscribe or we close the list.
- After you unsubscribe: a minimal suppression record (a hash of the address, the list and the date) so we never email you again by mistake; the plain address is deleted after 24 months.
- Consent records: as long as the subscription exists, plus the time needed to answer disputes.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics: 2 months (the shortest retention Google offers).
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before). Write to info@graydient.ai from the email address concerned; we answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), in the EU the authority of your country.
Age
BunchaPrompts and its emails are for adults only. You must be 18 or older to sign up. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the date and version at the top change with it. If a change affects the emails you receive, we tell you in the next email.
