A candid, realistic homemade video filmed on a smartphone in a hospital room. An elderly woman with gray hair stands beside her hospital bed, leaning gently on a wooden walking cane. She wears a simple, slightly loose hospital gown and comfortable slippers. She looks frail and very thin, with narrow shoulders, skinny arms, and visibly little muscle mass. The room has ordinary hospital lighting, a bedside table, medical equipment in the background, and the authentic, slightly messy appearance of a real hospital environment. The camera is handheld, with imperfect framing and subtle movements, as if a family member is casually recording her during a visit. She gives the camera a warm, slightly mischievous smile, adjusts her grip on the cane, and attempts a playful little flex with one arm.

The woman grows huge muscles

She looks down at her enormous new biceps in complete disbelief, then bursts into delighted laughter. Her shoulders, arms, chest, and legs are now extraordinarily muscular, creating a comically dramatic contrast with her elderly face and gray hair. She confidently plants her cane beside her, strikes an exaggerated bodybuilding pose, and flexes proudly toward the camera while the person filming reacts with a surprised, shaky movement. The scene remains natural, candid, and amusing, with realistic skin texture and continuous movement. At the end, the camera settles on her incredible muscular physique as the words "MUSCLE SURGE" appear prominently in bold, cinematic lettering, integrated naturally into the hospital scene like a striking promotional title.
