A candid, realistic homemade video filmed on a smartphone in the courtyard of a traditional Japanese martial arts dojo. Master Roshi, the elderly bald martial arts master from Dragon Ball, stands casually in his recognizable look: a long white beard, round black sunglasses, a red Hawaiian shirt, green shorts, and sandals. He has his familiar short, skinny elderly physique and leans on a wooden walking cane. The courtyard has weathered wooden buildings, training equipment, and a few potted plants in the background. Natural afternoon sunlight, imperfect handheld framing, subtle camera shake, and the unpolished feeling of a friend casually recording a funny moment. Master Roshi notices the camera, strokes his beard with a mischievous grin, adjusts his sunglasses, and casually raises one arm to flex his skinny bicep.

The man grows huge muscles

His entire physique suddenly transforms into Master Roshi's legendary maximum-power form, with gigantic, ridiculously exaggerated muscles bulging across his arms, shoulders, chest, and torso. His red Hawaiian shirt stretches dramatically across his enormous chest while his green shorts remain recognizable. He looks down at his massive biceps in satisfaction, laughs heartily, then strikes an iconic bodybuilding pose, flexing his enormous arms toward the camera. His beard and sunglasses remain intact, preserving his unmistakable identity. The camera operator reacts with astonishment, moving backward slightly to fit his colossal physique into the frame. The scene remains playful, energetic, and convincingly homemade, with continuous movement and a spectacular contrast between his frail starting appearance and absurdly muscular final form. At the end, the camera settles on Master Roshi proudly flexing as the words "MUSCLE SURGE" appear prominently across the scene in bold, cinematic lettering, like a striking promotional title.
