We see a school library at night where an adult female student is reading a book alone in dim light. She sighs and takes a drink from an uncapped bottle of water she is holding and sets it down, the camera stays focused on the water bottle with the student out of focus in the background. She begins to cough, heavily, holding her throat, and we see the water in the bottle turn black as eldritch red eyes open floating inside of it, the final sound is a pained choking gag as the screen fades to total black with only the red eyes still visible and glowing.
