Prompt

A woman in her early twenties with light brown or blonde hair pulled back into a messy bun leaps dynamically mid-air on a sun-drenched beach, arms extended upward and legs split wide apart as she soars just above the wet sand where small droplets splash beneath her feet. She wears a white sports bra and black high-waisted shorts, accessorized by a wristwatch on her left arm, and maintains an intense, focused gaze forward while slightly tensing her jaw.
Her left leg is a black and yellow carbon-fiber running blade prosthesis with a gray compression sleeve.
The scene unfolds at low tide along a pristine white-sand shoreline bordered by turquoise ocean waves rolling gently onto shore under a vast expanse of bright blue sky dotted sparsely with wispy clouds—suggesting either morning or afternoon hours. A distant multi-story building sits barely perceptible on the far right horizon line against the backdrop of endless sea meeting sky. Harsh sunlight from directly overhead casts sharp, elongated shadow lines across the damp sand that stretch out behind her like ink strokes, emphasizing the crisp geometry of her airborne posture. Shot from eye level using a medium telephoto lens positioned close enough for intimate detail yet pulling back sufficiently to frame both the full leap and expansive coastal context within balanced thirds, centering her motionally charged figure amidst natural grandeur without distracting foreground clutter.
